Secondly there was an issue with the power supply, so I emailed the-vaio-guy and he immediately sent a replacement, no mess, no fuss he simply sent me replacement. Also the laptop came very well packaged/protected via royal before 1pm special delivery. Absolutely first class service, I can highly recommend the-vaio-guy. :)
