    I got what I expected to receive when purchasing these head phones tagged New (other). They appear to be new and they do not appear used at all. The only thing that I was not happy about was the length of time it took to receive it. I ordered it May 15th and received it May 26. Seller claimed shipping time between May 19 and May 24. That would have been ok if it was free shipping but I paid the shipping. On top of that the there was no returns.
