    I have received what I was told a new item (returned) in original packaging. It was clear item was not in original packaging and after I built half of it I realised most of the screws were missing. After contacting seller he asked me to go to local store and then i explained they don’t have these specific ones he sent random link on amazon. This is unsafe recommendation and now he asked me to send everything back. I wasted time and also really effort. Now I must dismantle all and repack to post?

    My first negative! The trampoline was a customer return item and was in in its original packing as described (see item pictures). It was checked, but unfortunately, some screws were found to be missing by buyer. I offered a full refund including postage and a further £10 as compensation for the inconvenience. The buyer wanted the screws which I did not have. I tried in every way to help, then we reached a stalemate. Buyer refused to return the item and I did not have the screws.......
