    The very good value for money (seller made offer on top of a very competitive original price) bookends were dispatched extremely quickly to arrive within their advertised delivery dates but with some bits missing (due to not enough packaging material in the cardboard box). A bit disappointed with damaged items (as they were a birthday gift) but would absolutely recommend seller's customer service skills which were 2nd to none as full refund was issued without problem & very quickly! 5***++!
