    This seller makes money on postage charged but not used. When requesting combined shipping, I mentioned that mailing one extra stamp should require no extra postage. He still charged me $1. His shipping charge was $3 for each stamp to be mailed with Ground Advantage. So I paid $4 shipping for 2 stamps. He paid 78 cents to mail 2 stamps, each in a glassine envelope, no thin cardboard for extra safety. I complained. No reply
