    Pristine condition as described by seller. In brown box but great value compared to similar on market. Great communication, fast shipping and good packaging. Could not upgrade to android 12. Some apps not running smoothly which I attributed to android 11. In fairness, seller had mentioned product was running android 11 not 12. Seller offered to replace item with one running android 12 but in the end I opted to return the item. The whole returns process was fast and straightforward. Great ebayer.
