    The item was not able to be put to use in time and unfortunately for me i was outside the claim window by a few days. I reached out to the seller to see if they would help at all in getting this polisher repaired or at least do something but all they said was “it worked when I shipped it”. Well unfortunately for me, immediately once it was put under load, it failed and is completely dead and unusable. Will have to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Just Pretty disappointed :(

    All my items are tested and working unless stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to test items before the expiration of the return window (30 days after receiving the item) just like you would with any other retail establishment. Once the item is past the return window set by ebay the item is the buyers responsibility.
