I did notice the package arrived with caution placed on the package itself. Handle with care, fragile,fragile Handle With Care wasn't on the package. I did suggest to the seller, that it could have been damaged because it wasn't indicated it was fragile. The seller seemed very concerned. I stated would reinstall it one more time. Still, the result was the same.
