      print arrived in poor condition, it was wrapped in its original cardboard tube, an old plastic carrier bag and parcel tape which was damaged. The item was described as framed in the advert and had it been it would have therefore warranted the £13.50 delivery charge. However, the minimal effort expended buy the vendor and the misleading information supplied etc leads me to question the sellers intentions regarding these charges.
