There were some minor scuff marks on the front of the case. Windows 11 came to life exactly like a fresh install of Windows. Been using the computer for 3 days with no problems. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Also, the packaging was excellent. Since the item description didn't make clear whether the computer had Windows 10 or Windows 11, I sent the seller a question about this. He responded very promptly.
