    I made an offer on seller's item. They counter offered. I accepted their offer and paid. Then seller called me "unethical". I fulfilled my end of thing. Seller did not. Do not deal with this seller.

    Seller is a liar. I called him unethical based on how he took advantage of a technicality to get an unfair low cost. There was also no communication after that point which confirmed to me his actions were not in good faith. I ultimatum cancelled the order pursuant to eBay's rules, guidelines, and procedures because the item may or may not have been refurnished. Given the interaction I had with this buyer or lack thereo I decided to cancel the order to prevent a fraudulent refund/open box return.
