    Initial package was damaged by USPS - small hole in bubble-pak envelope - and the screw fell out. I emailed the seller and received a reply within 30 minutes stating a replacement would be mailed out the same day - EXCELLENT response! The new shipment was also in a bubble-pak envelope which was also damaged by USPS. This time the seller put the screw in a small ziplock baggie which prevented loss. Great customer service! Awesome Seller !!

How ever the shipping co. dropped my item and broke the cavitation plate off. i contacted roman marine salvage and they were on top of the situation and wasted no time resolving the issues i have another unit on the way as we speak.
