My only issue is that I offered a price contingent upon hearing from the seller that all the accessories were included. My stipulation was not responded to, the offer accepted, and the item shipped without any follow up. Ultimately, the printer did not come with the roll media holder, which I did care about, or the CD-ROM print holder, which I did not care about.
