I may have mentioned before, your packaging skills are awesome - when cut cardboard to fit it never turns out anythink like so neat! As for the book, I thought your price on first listing was in fact reasonable - I would have to assume that everyone else is as cash-strapped as me. I have quite a few Regency period road books, but Ogilby looks a lot easier to consult than Cary or Paterson.
