I bought a fast charge cable; didn't fix. Using a process of elimination, i thought 'it must be the charger', so I bought this 200W charger. If it is 200W, it should fast charge, it doesn't. On the same day I bought the charger, I bought a tablet which came with a charger & cable, the charger & cable supplied with the tablet fast charges my mob. Conclusion, it's not 200 Watts
