Who does that? Immediately contacted the seller about damage and not as described. Seller refused to issue a credit. IN ADDITION, NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE & DISHONESTY! This is absolutely ONE OF THE WORST SELLERS ON THIS SITE. NEVER WOULD BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!

    Wow! Bro is really mad because his scam didn’t work. He repeatedly demanded credit but wanted to keep the item. Told him he needed to open a return and I would refund him. Would not do a return so instead leaves negative feedback as retaliation because I didn’t cooperate with his scam. Yes I have cats and this is in my descriptions (black hat+white cats=cat hair shows up). Fashion hat with no structure & floppy so it was flat as long as I owned it. So tired of this scam & eBay lets it happen.
