The item was listed as new and unopened , but the item had clearly been opened, which alarmed and upset my son and me. I asked my son to confirm all parts were present and thankfully they were. The seller made it right by issuing a partial refund, which adjusted the price to what would have been fair for an open box listing, plus a little extra as a good will gesture.Reply from: retailtakeover2- Feedback replied by seller retailtakeover2.- Feedback replied by seller retailtakeover2.The buyer never contacted me despite numerous attempts to contact the buyer before and after shipping. I refunded the buyer 33% ($25) of the purchase price as soon as I found out. He had good things to say but decided to leave Neutral Feedback...SMH
