    I have bought items from yourselves over the last three years and never had a problem with my address 25 Tynedale Amble NE65 0GW. I have had a message back from the seller, he said that you have informed me that he got the address from yourselves. You gave him my old address which I left nearly 4 years ago. I have never had problems with you before. I really want this dvd, as I was at the concert on the 4th of August. I would like a replacement free of charge as none of this was my fault

    I received a message stating that the item I sent did not arrive at the buyer's location. I shipped it to the address listed in the data. The buyer messaged me saying it was sent to where he lived three years ago, so he couldn't receive it. He demanded I send the same item again for free. The problem is that the buyer hadn't updated their address; it's not my mistake. However, I felt sorry for him and proposed that I would send the same item again if he would just cover the shipping costs.
