Plus I've been trying to contact him ever since I bought it but he disnt respond. Save your money buy somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

Would never buy from seller again. Dirty Dyson v11 animal + it had dog poop in it and smelled the house up while vacuuming. Needs vacuum brush roller replaced, worn out. Yes, it's a used unit but not in 'very good condition' as stated. Just fair condition. eBay did not help us here. As for eBay customer satisfaction they get a big zero. This was a very bad deal.
