Also, when trying to seat the cartridges, the toner flap opens (like normal), but when you pull the cartridge out to re-seat it (because it didn't click into place) the flap stays open. This causes spillage in the printer and for you to lose a lot of toner. When I contacted the seller, I simply received patronizing responses and was told to watch YouTube videos on how to install toner.
