They stated that they do things in line with their procedures which I do not believe are aligned with eBay policies. Seems there was an error with the company that dispatched the book and so it was returned to them. I found this unconvincing. They also wrote to me offering discounts on multiple book purchases which I did not solicit information on . I requested a refund. I would not recommend this seller.
