    This item arrived quite broken. The head of the unit had been sheared off by force; internal screws were snapped. Seller accused me of trying to break into the unit (why would I do that?) The seller took no responsibility for what was clearly an inferior packing job and damage by the carrier. In 20 years of eBay this is the first negative feedback I have ever left. I have always been able to resolve an issues with responsible sellers.

    The item was sold with no returns. the damage reported appears to be the result of internal tampering. Based on the level of shipping damage claimed, the outer shell would also have shown significant damage if it had occurred during shipping.
