Either way, they blame the post office and say it never got scanned in. Despite the fact that that's not how it works, the item should have already arrived if this were true. ...but it hasn't and at this point probably never will. Then, the seller stops communication and leaves the customer hanging. This is a pattern with this seller. USPS does not scan packages at PO locations when they lack staffing, it is organization policy and there are alerts for package delays going right now.
