However what's not mentioned or shown is a large chip in the shape. Absolutely unacceptable. When I contacted the seller. Their response was I know its for the cord. Thats not "exceptional". More like DAMAGED. Seriously who does business like that. The seller was very apologetic and compensated me appropriately. The items could have been packed better as they were breakable china. To use this seller again I would ask how items will be packaged, if they are breakable, or ask to have them packed professionally.
