I returned shoes and the shipping label I received from seller apparently didn’t include return shipping charges. I was refunded the cost of the shoes and tax. When I inquired about the shipping charges I was told that eBay was responsible, when I called eBay they told me I had to work it out with the seller. The seller then told me the refund was closed and she only refunds through eBay.
