    I bought this Dell 7020/9020, because I wanted to move onto Windows 11, as they will on longer send updates for Windows 10 after 14th October. I was a little shocked at seeing it for the first time, as it was looking old with a fair few scratches and was missing some paint. But to be fair, it worked ok, and it was fast. But four days passed before it was ready for its updates. Things did not go well after receiving them. The PC flashed up notes that said this PC was not geared up for Windows 1

    Many thanks for your feedback. This PC has good enough hardware for a fresh installation of Win11 without any workaround. Just because Microsoft showed a side note saying its not "geared" for Win11 doesn't mean you cant install it or have all the updates. If the actual updates failed, you're more than welcome to reply here and/or message us directly. We'd always be happy to help. As for the scuffs and marks, this can be the case, for the age of the PC ordered, as mentioned in the listing.
