After waiting 5 weeks for it to arrive from UK, I contacted the seller who informed me of delays with the UK publisher. To their credit, they communicated the issue straightaway and provided explanation and then followed it up. Again, to their credit, they promptly gave me a refund. Not the best experience from this massive seller but all good in the end.
