It's ridiculous and I want my priority shipping cost refunded. I wanted this by August 2nd not 6th , I could've bought it from someone who wasn't lazy with shipping

Item arrived quickly, but immediately discovered to be broken (zoom ring wasn't affecting the lens and only had partial range when turned - no packaging damage was evident, so I think the lens was already broken when shipped). Lens was sold 'tested' and 'working', so this was rather disappointing. The return request was accepted, but refund was after the deadline, which was also disappointing. Stuff happens, but foot dragging is not a good look, hence the neutral rating.
