    A very average experience. Was not expecting to receive an item with a cracked bezel. The seller did offer to change the cover with us sending the defective item back first. Not really an ideal solution as we needed this quite quickly. Item was packaged well so this was defective before being packed and shipped. PC functioned as described so still worth a positive feedback as we can see they are fairly new to the scene.

I had a small issue with one PC that was almost certainly my fault but I received swift and excellent advice that sorted the problem. From my point of view, it's the customer service that makes the difference. Highly recommended.
