Waited over a month, saw the item tracked to Ohio, then it got shipped back to Japan. When I reached out to the seller to check on tracking and offer partial refunds due to delay, they originally gave excuses and I had to push back for them to actually do it. They did eventually give me a full refund, but it was a headache and time wasted trying to get replacement part I needed.
