On June 17th I contacted seller and asked for an updated tracking number. Seller provided one but when item was tracked, shipping company stated they had not received the item. On June 24th EBay refunded my purchase.Reply from: rwkennels- Feedback replied by seller rwkennels.- Feedback replied by seller rwkennels.This feedback was so unfair. Package was evidently lost or stolen after being placed in our mailbox for pickup. Confirmation shows that shipping label was purchased through USPS Ground delivery. Ebay sellers cannot control postal deliveries. Buyer should have looked back over many years of positive feedback before tagging a negative review for a situation that was beyond seller's control. Buyer was fully refunded. Mighty disappointed that Ebay did not censor this review.
