I was asked to send a “mock” sample for my pendant so I did, I specifically said I wanted it exactly like the pendant in the photo except different words and logo, instead of doing what I asked they used my mock sample to make my pendant then acted like it was my fault they didn’t follow my instructions, first photo is what I asked for, second is what I received, I will never use these people ever again
