Unfortunately, he chose to put cover of casserole dish upside down in dish (See earlier feedback with same issue). With this placement, it was impossible to see condition of cover so I decided to believe his assertion that it was in great condition. The dish was in great condition, but the cover had many deep scratches on top and underneath. Now I need to buy another $20 cover.
