    I received my order yesterday. The box is damaged, the flap has been opened and one side is ripped. There is some sort of paper or tape that was supposed to keep the flap closed, only it did not. The packets appear to be sealed which means the treatment vial should be sealed too. I believe the box was damaged when it was shipped it out. The item was listed as new "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item". That is not what I received.
