The necklace arrived heavily patinaed and uncleaned unlike seller’s listed photos which I will provide. Each stone also has heavy glue attached which was never articulated in the listing as shown. I tried to come up with amicable solutions but am reluctant to clean it myself as the seller instructed me to do as Ebay’s policy requires you to send back the item in the ‘same condition sent’.
