I have also attached the report from the Audi Dealership from New Zealand to support my claim. Seller ask me to feight the item back to him at my cost. I am out of pocket of $230 for nothing plus freight cost. I thought the packing problem, but the seller told he checked before shipping and there's no chance that only 2 pins have have been damaged during transportation.
