The computer was packed well externally but the CPU fan had become detached and the SSD was unplugged and rattling around. I plugged everything back in and gave it the benefit of doubt, but later the computer kept shutting down. It took me a while to finally diagnose it was a faulty GPU, but by this time I had just passed the 30 day returns window by 2 days. I twice contacted the seller through ebay, but with no reponse.
