I had a heavy set friend try to bounce on the bike and it is hard as a rock with the preload at full soft. I’m waiting for them to make it right. My first question was answered by telling me it fits. I know it fits I’ve had it in and out of the bike twice for installing the correct spring hoping that would help. I’m livid.
