    The first drive was defective. Seller promptly provided a return label and minimal comment. I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.
