When I contacted them asking for a refund, they tried to tell me it was MY FAULT and offered a partial $20 refund! Keep in mind I paid over $200. Con artist seller, would not recommend.

My order came a couple days earlier than what was expected and was well packaged for safety of the console. They even included a game with it to show that the cartridge reader works, that was a nice touch. Overall, if I'm looking to buy another console or game related product, I'll come back with more reassurance.
