Constructivly speaking, The listing description could have been much better. The main focus of this toy is the train and the tracks. It wasn't stated if the train worked and only one piece of track was identified as being broken. The actual condition was, the train didn't wind up or work and all but two pieces of tracks were broken. I purchased this replace my broken track pieces and the train to complete an original set I have.
