He said he was going to “contact eBay”. After waiting over a week and a half, I had to reach out to him, and all he could say was “file a claim”. This buyer is a scammer who claims the items were damaged so he could get a replacement for the ones he got. The picture he sent wasn’t the item he purchased. It seems he has the buyers remorse. As you can see with my other feedbacks that they had no problems with their purchase. I do believe he is just having a buyers regrets.
