The plush had some tears and was visibly dirty. The tag on the plush was also different than the one depicted, so I believe this was a stock photo used. While it is difficult to find merch for this character and I did receive the correct character and within the estimated delivery date, the quality was disappointing given the price for this collectible.

The photocard and the creation book have stains, are made of cheap cardboard, and the printing on the sweatshirt is cheap and poor, blurry. I asked if It was genuine.The manufacturing numbers on the sweater tag and the duster label don't match either. The security seal, which should be shiny, isn't embossed and doesn't shine. And the embroidery and lettering are crooked!
