    As an ebay seller of more than 20+ years, this buyer was provided a full reimbursement as I offer a complete reimbursement on all of my items. The description is clear that there is a 15 count of sticks and 1 pack of gum. In addition, it should be noted that the buyer's actual articulated issue to ebay was that he never "received the item" in the mail. Again, I strive for complete buyer satisfaction.
