    Seller finally shipped the item after my initial negative review, siting “family emergency” as a reason and asking me to change it to a positive review. Though after a long delay, I received the item but I am still not happy about the fact that I was left without my item or even a simple response for such long time, I mean how hard is it to acknowledge simple query by a paid customer? I am changing the “Item Description” criteria to a five star from initial one star to keep my feedback objective
