The health department looked at it and immediately put it in a special disposable bag declaring contamination. So, I am left without the item. The seller offered me a refund, but when it came through, the amount was less than half of what I paid. The seller said that the packing probably got infected by the party that he had purchased it from. So, I am left without the item and only get a partial refund. Disappointed.

Received it and it had nothing but the unit with it. When contacting the seller they were rude and only offered half a refund after falsely advertising this product. It was refurbished. Stated that it didn’t have a leash. All wireless units are leash free. Upon receiving it the leash was actually the collar, which was not in the description. As a store, our sales for years and the comments we receive are obvious.
