The items were not genuine Sonicare products, but cheap knock-offs. Which is not a problem in itself if you are transparent about it, but this seller is not. In fact, these brush heads (open box) were probably the very same ones returned by the other buyer that left negative feedback. Yikes. Avoid this dishonest seller.
