I am sorry to hear you did not like the product. This is your second purchase and you left a neutral last time as well so I'm not sure why you purchased it again a couple of weeks later. I can see you have also had problems with others purchases of dry shampoo from different sellers also. With any dry shampoo, you need to use it sparingly and then once dry brush it through completely and the residue that has absorbed the grease will come away. Hope this helps, best wishes, Bec
