    I clearly informed you that the package would be sent without tracking and could take up to three months. You insisted I send it, then falsely claimed I promised delivery in one month and opened a case. When I showed the proof, you said it was a misunderstanding. I even refunded you in advance out of trust. You got your money back, so what more do you expect from me? Have you no conscience? Please do not order from me again.

    They gave me a false tracking number that shows the parcel was never even taken to the post office. However, they said that they sent it economy so there is no tracking - so then why add the false tracking number? Their communication was SO unbelievable rude, I don’t know how they are still a seller here

    You are truly the worst person. option you chose didn’t include a tracking number, and this was clearly stated on the product page and in my messages. Not understanding this is your fault as a buyer. If you continue to insult me with your delusions, I won’t stay silent. You made it seem like you’d change the shipping option, so I temporarily entered it, but you chose the cheaper option to save money, then opened a case pretending you didn’t know. Aren't you abusing eBay's policies as a reseller?

    Im honestly appalled and have blocked this seller. I had to claim that the items had not arrived, because it had been way over the delivery time. I would have considered waiting longer if they had explained a problem and had been polite, but I was met with accusations of LYING and ‘just changing my mind’. The entire situation was very strange and confusing, and I’ve never experienced this before on ebay. I wouldnt recommend getting involved with this seller at all.

    You claim the delivery is late? I clearly informed you it could take up to 100 days, and you didn’t respond. You also knew the temporary tracking number wasn’t moving. Yet you opened a case, falsely claiming I promised one-month delivery. When I asked, you admitted you misunderstood. Is it normal for a native English speaker to misunderstand more than a non-native like me? You demanded a refund without apologizing, and now I’m receiving unfair feedback. Are you trying to abuse eBay’s policies?
