Never received the item. Tracking number was uploaded, but never got further updates. Contacted seller & they said there was an issue on the USPS end & should be corrected by end of day. Wasn't updated after a couple of days. Contacted seller again & they said they would submit a refund & recall the item from USPS & that they had issues with other items recently. After delivery window passed, I submitted a formal Ebay refund request. Seller never responded. Ebay immediately processed refund.
